A $50 deposit is required to reserve your rental date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Once the deposit is received, your games and date are officially booked!

We accept payments through Square.

If your event is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled date, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event require full payment due to high demand and limited availability.

For outdoor events, Lively Game Company reserves the right to cancel if weather conditions (such as lightning, high winds, rain, or mud) are unsafe or could damage the equipment. In such cases, we’ll do our best to reschedule or offer credit for a future event.

You’re responsible for the equipment while it’s in your possession. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or loss/theft, will be billed at replacement cost.

Unless arranged otherwise, we handle delivery and pickup. If you need to move a game during your event, please do so carefully and on level ground to prevent damage.

Yes! Our lawn games are family-friendly and great for guests of all ages. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
